The Lincolnshire-based sign and graphics printer said it has saved money on consumables because material produced on the Arizona, which carries a list price of £90,000, does not require laminating or mounting.
Trade Direct demonstrated the Arizona to customers to show the extended range of services offered, including four-colour printing of rubber floor mats, PVC, flat-panel doors and stained glass windows.
Trade Direct owner Paul Moore said: "We are thrilled that the system has already been responsible for a 25% increase in our turnover.
"We are achieving perfect registration on the machine, which has meant we have been able to, for example, print onto the same piece of clear perspex four of five times over, in order to intensify the colour of the image so that it has maximum impact when it is used as part of a backlit display."
