Plastics manufacturer Polimoon has bought the cosmetic packaging business of STE Packaging Development in Spain.
Polimoon, with annual sales of €750m, bought the division, which has annual sales of €4m, for an undisclosed sum.
The STE business produces a wide range of injection moulded jars, caps and beauty systems.
