German flexo printing press manufacturer Fischer & Krecke has been acquired by Bobst.
Bobst supplies equipment and services for the folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials industries.
Fischer & Krecke reported sales of £50m last year, while Bobst reported profits of £50m on sales of £675m.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close by early 2008.
