1.Automatic Feeder
(1) Double-sheet controller. Automatic machine stop function;
(2) Up and down limitation protection;
(3) High reliability paper transfer sucker.

2.Three roller wet powder removal
(1) Apply water cycle and special rubber surface to clean the dust;
(2) Adjust pressure to run the powder removal.

3.UV coating unit (with air blade mechanism)
(1) Paper winding malfunction emergency stop and warming system;
(2) Air blade PLC control;
(3) Low speed inch move adjustment.

4.IR drying system
(1) Automatic rectification system of transport belt;
(2) Automatic temperature adjustment system;
(3) IR tunnel lifting mechanism by cylinder.

5.UV solidify system
(1) Exhaust system control by program;
(2) UV transfering net stop and automatic extinguish function. Light casse automatic lift;
(3) Transfering belt rectify automatically.

6. Automatic delivery
(1) Thin paper guiding mechanism and mechanical side layer;
(2) Photocell sensor automatic down.
