Main Characteristics:
1.Driven by frequency control of motor, the whole machine movement is controlled by PLC program logic controller, optional and touched operation screen shows all functions and data which makes the operation more convenient and simple.
2.Full-automatic inspect the malfunction with the whole process, stoppage and pressure-off automatic when no paper or paper locked, so that decrease the waste of paper.
3.Perfect alarm system can show the workers to deal with the malfunction purposefully which make the service more easily and quickly.
4.Except the motor ,the full set electron elements import, increase the stability of the wiring system and decrease the difficulty of service inspect and measure.
5.Cast iron machine body machining minutely by Shanghaimachining center, can ensure the precision of the crucial elements, make the machine runs stablylasting and quickly.
6.The machine assembles the back pick-up feeder and two-ply pile feeder without stoppage increase the printing efficiency. Single or consecutive feeding can be changed freely.
